Think of your energy like fuel in a tank – but instead of just one, you’ve got four: Social, Emotional, Physical, and Mental. Each gauge helps you check in with yourself and notice where you might be running low or feeling full.

How to use it:

Use this as a daily or weekly self-check. Ask yourself

• Where am I running low?

• What’s feeling full?

• What’s one thing I can do to recharge?

There’s no right or wrong reading – just awareness. Once you know where you're at, you can make small changes to refuel in the areas that matter most.
